Author, Editor, and CEO. Treiman Publications is the publisher of the Housing Court Reporter (HCR) as well as a host of other publications in the landlord tenant field. The HCR reports over 50,000 decisions pertinent to the landlord tenant field and is currently growing in scope to encompass both earlier cases than the ones earliest reported in the HCR and current cases as they are being handed down. Each decision is personally read, edited, digested, and assessed by Mr. Treiman. Mr. Treiman also writes commentaries on decisions of particular interest as well as commentaries on the laws and regulations appurtenant to the landlord tenant field, and forms and scripts for the practice. He also writes articles for most issues of the Landlord Tenant Monthly. He is a frequent panelist in Continuing Legal Education Programs and the principal consultant to The New York Times for landlord-tenant matters.
